For those who think that being an actor is just the fame and money, you should know that sometimes it is very dangerous. Several actors get injured during filming, some worse than others, and believe it or not some almost die. But that is not the case for the 11 actors on this list (Yay!).
1. Harrison Ford - "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"

The famous Han Solo is no longer like he was in the old days. In the recordings of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" Ford broke his leg when they closed Milenioun Falcon's door on him.
2. Jaimie Alexander - "Thor: The Dark World"

Thor's recordings were not easy for actress Jaimie Alexander, one day she fell from a very high place which caused damage to her herniated disc, thorax, and 11th vertebra and dislocated her shoulder. And the next day she pinched the spine causing paralysis on the right side what led to her staying in a hospital for a week and going to therapy for a month.
3. Viggo Mortensen – "Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers"

The director wanted everything to go about perfectly and Mortensen, as any good actor, did not one, not two, not three, but four times a scene in order to achieve the director's perfection. But the director believed that if he did it one last time it would be finally as he wished it to be. Mortensen kicked the helmet he was supposed to one more time, but with so much effort that he broke two toes doing it.
4. Orlando Bloom - "Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers"

Legolas’ interpreter also didn’t leave the recordings immune, in one scene he fell from his horse and broke two ribs when another character fell on him. I guess we can surely affirm that "The Two Towers" was the most painful movie from the trilogy for its actors.
5. Leonardo DiCaprio - "Django Unchained"

DiCaprio, in one of the best scenes of "Django Unchained," cut his hand by slamming violently a glass. But that didn’t make him stop, he was so intrigued by the story that he continued the scene and even covered Kerry Washington’s face on his own blood.
6. Halle Berry - "007: Die Another Day;" "Gothika;" "Cat Woman;" "Cloud Atlas;" "The Call."

Halle Berry has a long history of injuries during filming. Berry hurt her eye in "007: Die Another Day," broke her arm in "Gothika," had a head injury in "Cat Woman," broke her foot in "Cloud Atlas," and was knocked out in "The Call,". It's not easy for that one.
7. Angelina Jolie - "Salt"

The beautiful and talented Angelina Jolie didn’t escape this list. The actress decided to dismiss the stuntman during an action scene in "Salt" and ended up cutting badly her face. She had to stay in a hospital for 3 days and, after that, she was able to go back to shoot more scenes.
8. Brad Pitt - "Se7en"

Pitt got his arm through a window during the recordings of "Seven” and pulled a tendon. The injury was even included in the script in order to not get the recordings delayed, so if you thought that hurt arm of his was only part of the movie, you thought the opposite of what really happened, the movie was only part of the hurt arm.
9. Mila Kunis – "Black Swan"

Mila Kunis put a lot of herself in "Black Swan" and all of its artistical grace. In an interview for the channel "E!" The actress said she tore an oblique muscle and dislocated her shoulder in the recordings. Well, I think that what we can take of this is to value much more ballerinas because it must be really hard on them.
10. Dylan O’Brian – "Maze Runner: The Death Cure"

The actor fractured some of his facial bones during the recordings after falling on the back of a set that was supposed to resemble the back of a train. The production was paralyzed and the actor was sent to a hospital in the region. Maybe he'll be able to just run-off all of his problems, cause, after all, a cure is part of the movie.
11. Johnny Deep - "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales"

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie that came to theaters this year, did not sail only over smooth waters. Johnny Deep, who gives life to Captain Jack Sparrow (Duh!), fractured his arm and had to return to the US (he was recordings took place in Australia).
