Ramsey vs Joffrey: Who’s the worst Game Of Thrones villain?

1st Category: Torture

Joffrey:

Predominant type of torture: psychological

Main victims: Sansa Stark, Tyrion Lannister

Times he used other type of torture: Two prostitutes and Sansa Stark (physical torture)

Ramsey:

Predominant type of torture: physical

Main victims: Theon Greyjoy, Sansa Stark

Times he used other type of torture: Theon Greyjoy (psychological torture)

2nd Category: Number of Murders

Joffrey:

Murders: 3

Victims: Ned Stark, the butcher’s son, Lady

*None with his own hands, though

Ramsey:

Murders: 6

Victims: Roose Bolton (dad), step-mother, half-brother, Osha, Rickon Stark, Mag (the giant).

3rd Category: How Died

Joffrey:

Poisoned on his own Wedding

Ramsey:

Ate alive by he’s own dogs

Winner: Ramsey Bolton

Why?

For starters, the first category, torture. I'm not saying that psychological torture is any better than physical torture, however, Joffrey was not the master of either. While he usually had people do things for him, Ramsey did it all on his own, and Joffrey never left anyone as damaged as Ramsey did with Theon.

Next category, the number of murders. Again, Joffrey didn't kill anyone with his own hands. We sure all hate him for executing Ned but he truly didn't do it. He gave the men the orders to do it and they held the sword, while Ramsey actually seemed to enjoy killing, which is incredibly disturbing to watch.

Lastly, how they died. Both deaths were horrible and very (*cough, cough* deserved *cough, cough*) sufferable. Dying of a slow and suffocating poison and being eaten alive are deaths that no one would wish even on their worst enemy - except Sansa who seemed to enjoy both deaths with a very good reason. So, in this category, I think it was a pretty tight tie.

Though, we can all agree that even if Ramsey truly is a worse villan than Joffrey, that doesn't make the last one any less than (in the words of Ollena Tyrell) a cunt.
